8 month sleep regression

My daughter is killing me. She’s 8.5 months and has been sleeping through the night since she was a month old. For the past 2 weeks she wakes up at night. The last couple of days she has done it a couple of times in the night. Tonight she has woken up 3 times and it’s only midnight. Wtffff. She also SO hard to put to sleep. She will do anything to keep herself awake. I’m not alone right? 😭
