trembles

hey ladies. so I have anxiety severely, is it common to have all over trembles? or is that something different? like maybe another condition associated with anxiety. I went to get tested for glasses and I kept having to redo some tests because I was shaking so badly. mostly my head but also my hands and upper body. also, do anxiety medicines help with that or is there a separate medication. it's gotten worse. it's usually when I'm in a public setting. I'm prescribed celexa but I never take it.
