Does anyone have any tips on how to deal with anxiety? I'm on Zoloft for my generalized anxiety and concerta to focus and I still have pretty bad anxiety attacks when I try to change clothes. I'm 24 and I don't want to spend the rest of my life in the fetal position on the floor.
