Anxiety and break ups

Last night my long distance boyfriend broke up with me. He said that he had found someone else. After I saw that message, I started crying and having a panic attack... I never had such a bad one after a break up but I love him and still do. I'm hoping that we do get back together but I'm not sure if we are... I know it's gonna take a while but I don't think I'll ever get over him. My parents really liked him too. I really didn't want us to end but he likes someone else who can be there when he is upset or when he wants to have sex and I can't since we live in different states. I just don't know what to do anymore. I had some depressed thoughts last night and felt like I didn't want to live and I still feel like that today. I just need some advice for what to do now...
