I used both hands when I was little, then my teacher forced me to only use my right hand because "it's how it should be done ".

regularly I use my right hand. if it gets cramped I can switch to the left hand but I'm a bit slower.
other stuff like eating or brushing my teeth I use both everyday

I’m right handed. When I write with my right hand my hand writing is terrible, when I write with my left it’s even worse. No matter how hard I try I can’t win.

I can write, draw, and paint with both, I prefer the strength of my right hand for lettering and prefer the weakness of my left when I am stuck in an art rut. If that make sense. 
  
I'm also strange with sports that require a dominant hand or foot. I use to throw twists both sides in gymnastics, I also can do things like wakeboard, surf, or snowboard with either foot in front.
