Advice

So I have come off all birth control within the last month, I bled for around 3 days from September 29th to October 1st, I don’t believe this to be a period just bleeding with me coming off any kind of contraception anyways me and the other half are trying for baby #1, my nipples have been so sore/sensitive the last 7 days, I’ve been taking pre contraception vitamins for the last 3 weeks, and I keep getting a tingling pain in the bottom left of my stomach, my periods were never regular, Glow tells me that I ovulated on/around 14th October, I’ve taken a test and it’s negative should I wait another week before testing again ?
