Do I want another baby? I need advice...

So in May my husband and I suffered a miscarriage which left us both heartbroken obviously. Before we got pregnant I was so excited to have a 3rd baby (we really want a boy). I've always wanted a big family. I'm 1 of 2 kids and my husband is an only child. Well after my miscarriage I'm not sure I really want another and my husband does. Why do I feel this way? I can't decide if I want another baby or not and I feel like if I do get pregnant I won't love the baby as much.... people with 3 kids please tell me if you love having 3 kids or if it's hard.

Pregnant after losing 3rd myself. I made a decision early on in loss that I wanted to feel that hope of a baby again, even though the last was cut short. It was hard to get excited this time (my last was ectopic, and while I had and have no other risk factors, having one makes another more likely). But after a great first scan, I let myself begin to hope. After a good second scan, with a wriggly child frustrating the tech's efforts! I finally dared to believe we were out of the woods. Now almost 14 weeks, still miserable in morning sickness with a toddler and preschooler at home, and starting to feel some flutters! Every pregnancy is a roller coaster. Hitting that lower low of trepidation at the beginning just makes those first sensations more worthwhile, in my experience. There is no rush though. Wait a while, let your heart heal. You may find as the pain dulls that it is not so unbearable a thought.

you can love having 3 and it be hard. I only have one myself so I can't speak from personal experience, but my friend vents a lot about the stress of 3, but she also shares the most precious stories too. In the end, I think you're just not ready right now if you feel unsure. you may still be grieving about your loss. it's okay to wait until you feel for sure about it
