Threaten miscarriage

Has anyone experienced one? Sunday and Tuesday I experienced pink spotting for a hour but not consistent the whole hour and it was pink no cramping or clots then Wednesday I filled a pad and half with red blood still no cramping or clots so they did various ultrasounds and saw a yolk sac but no heartbeat they aren’t sure if because it’s so early or if the baby didn’t make it, so I go back next week in hopes to see a healthy heartbeat and some development, has anyone experienced something similar? I’m trying to stay positive as this is my first pregnancy so I’m not sure if it’s just the way my body is reacting but I’m so heartbroken because I keep thinking the worse. I’ve had off and on spotting when I wipe since Wednesday but not another episode of full on blood. If you pray please pray for my baby and I and pray they see a heartbeat next week, thank you!
