pls tell me it's possible ?

I have about 6 days untill AF, and my boobs started likw how it would before AF, like the exact same pain I get every single month.. I feel so devastated.. I really atleast this would be the month ! I'm crying my eyes out here. Did anyone get period type boobs pain but end with a bfp? Please let me know .. so I can have some hope
