Transformation
It might not be a big change but it was for me. It's so hard for me to lose weight I easily gain. I really watch out what I eat now and my main insecurity has been my body so it's been one thing I've been wanting to change since forever. I still have more to go my normal weight is 128 around 135 I ended up to weigh 145 up to 165. I don't exercise ladies but I do walk far walks to my school in San Francisco. I don't drink sodas I drink a lot of water and I cut out the fast food and any pastries.
