padsicles???

anyone ever try padsicles??? how do u make them and do they help after birth? thanks in advance for any answers :)

They are unreal!!!! If you have any tearing, stitches, swelling ...they helps soooo much. There are recipes online for them. They really are worth it. They usually have them at the hospital and I'm sure can give you their recipe also.  And keep the little water bottle they give you to use when you pee too...that thing is a god send take it home!!!

I’ve never tried them but I have seen a lot of padscile how-to’s on Pinterest. I’m going to try them when I give birth in March!
