Is it wrong to say that you don’t want just sex?

Yesterday night we had the house all to ourselfs and I wanted it to be special honestly so I told him we were gonna slow it down a bit and a little bit of kissing later he was already down to start doing the deed but me... I wanted something else I wanted him to admire me and kiss me all over the place and all I got was straight up sex with kisses but for me it wasn’t enough
