Help please

Okay so I am 20 years old and I want a boyfriend, but all the guys that I talk to want to sleep with me before anything and I just don’t want that off the bat, is that weird? I mean I want to sleep with them, don’t get me wrong, but it’s just the fact that I have never done it before and don’t feel like doing it wish just anyone. But once I decline the offer they stop talking to me. What should I do??!!
