cramps but no period...

so this is new to me and im getting a little worried... so i always suffered from awful cramps and sore breasts begining a day or two before my period. the symptons began like clockwork, however my period is now late. meaning ive had awful cramps for almost three days now with no period. i did get a tiny blood clot which was super pale (almost pink). the cramps also seem to be getting worse. so if this has happened to anyone, some advice would be greatly appreciated
