A threesome is different to an open relationship. An open relationship means you both date and sleep with other people, sometimes separately. A threesome is just you guys and one other person having one off sex. 
Definitely do not go open thats not for you. And only try a threesome if you want it too. So many guys dream of them and want them but they can easily break up relationships if you arent into it. Imagine being there watching him having sex with another girl? Can you handle that?

We have a rule that we can be open as long as we're with the same gender. We've never taken advantage of it but the rule is still in place.
