exercise ideas please
Okay, this might sound awful but here goes. Before pregnancy I was active and fit. I cared about my health and keeping my body fit. I am 18 weeks pregnant and diagnosed with a placenta previa. My activities have been drastically limited. No more running, cycling/spinning, weight lifting.. even some yoga and Pilates moves are out. I am due in March and getting married in Hawaii in July. I get in slumps of feeling down when I don't exercise and I want to look damn good on my wedding day (that's the part that might sound awful to some I guess 🤷). Any ideas on safe ways to keep active? I'm walking daily and considering swimming. Anything else that I can take to my Dr to clear with him? Obviously priority 1 is safety of my baby, but at this stage I don't think I need to sacrifice my mental and physical health for it.
