Biting a yeast infection in the bud?

So I’m showing signs of yeast infection today (itchy and white discharge.) should I wait until the symptoms are worse or try to treat it? The internet has been telling me to wait, but I would think to try to nip it in the bud. Thoughts?

buy some yogurt with probiotics in it and buy the mother apple cider vinegar fill your tub up with warm water(about 3 to 4 inches should be enough water) then throw in about a cup or 2 of apple cider vinegar and sit in the tub until the water cools. you can also drink a bit with some water or on a salad with oil. if you are experiencing outter itching, you can use a bit on the toilet aper and touch the affected area, yes it will burn. you can also make a apple cider vinegar and warm water solution and wash yourself with it, but the straight application will make you itch less. once you've done so, fold toilet paper in half and stick it between the folds of your vagine, primarily blocking your vaginal hold, so if you have any fall out, it'll suck it us on the air instead of further irritating your skin. it works and I do every time I have a yeast infection because I am uncomfortable with using medication during pregnancy. also, to prevent them, eat a probiotics yogurt once a day and always keep yourself dry. Women probiotics will help before it gets bad. I used to have yeast infections all the time but started taking a daily probiotic and I never have a problem anymore.

Ok so if it’s just starting, I’ve had huge success with coconut oil. It’s anti-bacterial and kills yeast, while at the same time being safe, smelling good and soothing your V.
Get it on your fingers and get as much as you can up there a couple times in a day and there will be a noticeable difference. Try also to avoid sugar as much as possible, sugar makes yeast breed big time.
