*long* stomach ulcer or something else?

Samantha

So I had my second baby on the 4th of July. natural birth, didn't take pain meds after except once. once I got home I started having severe stomach pains right under my ribs that would move to my back. I was constantly vomiting or pooping. I saw my ob after being home a week and he had me get an ultrasound done of my gallbladder. that came back normal so they didn't do anything. After another day we went to my on again where they ran blood work that came back normal. I get sent home again with no follow up plans. After another day I go into the ER. when they weighed me u was 15 pounds less than my pre pregnancy weight so they knew something was wrong. they wanted to run a urinalysis but I was so dehydrated it took me peeing in a cup 4 times and being hooked up to 2 bags of fluids before they could get a viable sample. the results came back saying I was dehydrated but other than that it was normal. My on gets me a room in the hospital because he’s starting to get really worried. The first day I’m there they did an internal ultrasound to check to make sure the placenta was completely out. That came back normal. Then they ran some xrays that came back normal. Then they wanted to do a Hyde scan to check my gallbladder again. That came back normal too. The last test they wanted to do was for h. Pylori but I couldn’t give them a stool sample because I hadn’t been able to keep anything down for over a week. All the while I was being given fluids and zofran through an if which made me feel 10 times better. They sent me home and wanted me to follow up with a GO specialist who told me it was more than likely an ulcer so I ate a bland diet for a while. It seemed to get better. Since then I’ve had 3 random mornings where I wake up sick. I’ll puke food from the night before that hasn’t been close to digested yet and then stomach bile along with diarrhea. It gets better after a couple hours. I’ve kept a log book of food and can’t see a link with anything and the doctors have no idea and are still claiming it’s an ulcer. Anyone else have similar symptoms with an ulcer?
