My baby is always sick 😢

My son will be 8 months old next week. He does go to Mother’s Day out twice a week for 4 hours at our church. I breastfed until he was 6 months. He has been sick it seems like constantly since he was around 4 months. He always has colds with a yucky nose and low grade fever (3 in the past 4 months) and just got over Roseola virus. One of his colds last month ended up turning into bronchiolitis and we were on breathing treatments. Should I take him out of Mother’s Day out? Is this normal? This is my first baby. It just seems like as soon as he gets well he is sick again. We got over the Roseola virus 8 days ago, today he woke up with a yucky nose and 100.9! :(
