A friend of mine had this and had no problems. She did deliver early at 34 weeks but not sure if it was related to the SCH. It did get smaller throughout her pregnancy.

I had one at 10 weeks and 4 days.  It was considered “large” at 5cms and I had heavy bleeding and passed several golfball sized clots.  At my ultrasound today, it was completely gone and baby was doing well.

I was 9 weeks 3 days on Monday when I went to ER with the same thing. Totally freaked me out to see blood an clots,  but ultrasound showed a small tear an told me to take it easy. Follow up with OB was fine just no sex, hubby hated to hear that.
