Tired of waiting....

So I don't have my next ultrasound until November 28th. And I haven't had any bleeding until today and it's very light spotting, but I just wanna know if I'm healing from the sub chronrionic hemorrhage. It was first measuring at 6 cm and I have not had any bleeding or cramps for a long time, up until today I just started to lightly spot but that's all. I hate worrying and stressing about this damn SCH I just want our baby girl to be A'ok and to have a healthy pregnancy. Any of other mommy's in the same boat as I? How do you cope? Advice please 😩
