Third pregnancy after two losses

I'm currently pregnant for the 4th time. I have a 9 year old son and had a miscarriage last year in June and this year on Aug 3rd and since then I haven't had a period so decided to take a test and it's was definitely positive! I have our first dr appointment on Nov 1st and I'm excited! I'm really hoping I'm as far along as I think I am, according to my last period which really wasn't one but all I had to go on it would make me 10 weeks and by the time our dr appointment 11 weeks! Just hoping for the best! Has anyone else gotten pregnant immediately after a miscarriage?
