biggest fight ever with my other half!

my bf grandma is like his mother she raised him. well today she called him and she starts talking shit about me on the phone that i am lazy i dont do nothing that he pays for all my shit. keep in mind that at the moment i dont have a job i had to quit to care for my brother i was a nanny befor that. i was paying my own stuff and my own bills when i had to quit my bf agreed my brother has cancer and needs 24 hour care so my bf said he would help me with my one bill the phone bill. 50 a month. me and my bf are staying at my dads house dad pays all the bills he even gets enough food for everyone to eat. but my bf likes to by food to so i get stuff as well. he also gets me gifts such as video games stuff like that. . anyways when they where talking he not ones diffend me told her she was wrong he keeps saying he has told her before but how would she come up with all this shit by her self every time i talk to her she tells me i meed to get a job. so we can move out to tell you the truth i dont want to move out with him i feel like if he dont diffend me with her what says he wont just kick me out of our place i am happy at home with my dad. anyways idk if i should be mad at my bf for not saying nothing i need advise pls help.
