So, idk if these symptoms are something to be worried about or what I should do. I have a doc appointment w the gyn Tuesday but I’m still worried

The last two weeks of my life have been hell. I’ve been sick the first week to constipated to now diarrhea. I have cramps that come and go but some in my stomach that put me on my knees. I’m having to take antacid like candy bc of the heart burn and indigestion. And lastly I’m always thirsty I wake up for water like last night I thought I was dying. I’m not diabetic at all it’s a possibility in the future bc I have pcos and take metformin and I’m over weight but have any of you had these issues? If so do you know why?
