I'm 3 weeks postpartum. Had stitches. They have dissolved already, I'm not in pain anymore and my bleeding is spotting a light brown. Thing is, It smells. Husband and I have NOT had sex so I don't know if I have an infection or it's supposed to smell bad? The smell started a few days ago when I went from brown/pink blood to light brown blood with discharge.
