Pregnant after miscarriage

About 5 weeks pregnant and afraid to tell any family or close friends of the pregnancy as I am afraid I am going to jinx this. Our last pregnancy ended in miscarriage around 8 weeks. Curious if anyone else feels this way and when did you tell your family and close friends? Thanks!
