TMI: Milky discharge

I have a doctor appointment this Wednesday for unrelated reasons, but a few days ago I noticed this milky white discharge. There isn't any itching, but it does have a mild odor (especially after a long day being out running errands). I never had discharge like this before, so I am a concerned. I was going to mention this to my doctor and see what she has to say. But I was wondering what your opinions are. Thank you!
