TMI and worried

I miscarried in the spring and am pregnant again (almost 8 weeks)Due June 12,2018. I had an ultrasound last week, saw babies heart beat and it was 131 bpm.

Last night I had a small amount of brown blood when I wiped. This morning it was there again. Not a lot, but like brownish/pinkish discharge. I’m so worried because the first time I was pregnant this is how my miscarriage started. It started brown and then progressed to more and red blood. I see my doctor tomorrow. I’m so nervous. Has anyone else had this??
