Had my ultrasound just before the 10 week mark. Baby was moving around though I barely saw because the screen was at a hard angle to see and the tech kept telling me to stop turning my head to look. Like I'm gonna NOT look at my baby?! So I see her take the heart rate and I see it's 135 bpm and I said that's the heart rate? And she said the dr will talk to you about it. She also said we'd get the results in a day or two. That was Thursday and it's Tuesday so I imagine the dr is just gonna talk to me about it at my Friday appt. I would hope she'd contact me if something was wrong.

I saw other people who had healthy babies with similar heart rates so that made me feel better. But then I'm on glow and all the women due in May have babies with much higher heart rates. Makes me worry about our baby but I'm trying not to freak out. Ultrasound was not as great an experience as I hoped because I wasn't even able to really look and she wouldn't even tell me the heart rate, I just happened to see it. (Kinda wish I hadn't) Then the picture we got was crummy even though when I was changing I saw several good pics on the screen she could have printed one of those. But whatever, I just hope baby is ok and wish it had gone better. Sounds like many of you had much better ultrasound experiences and actually got to watch. Also I had no idea they take so many pictures, I was so surprised by that.
