What the heck is wrong with me

I miscarried about 2 weeks and 3 days ago and all my symptoms left only a few days after. But the past 3 days I have felt off wanting to throw up all the time, hungry but not able to touch food without having to gag, peeing all the time and I'm exhausted. I know I ain't getting my period cuz I have had none of theses symptoms before and Ik I'm not ovulating because I'm pretty sure I did already a few days after the bleeding. With my first pregnancy I knew almost a few days after conception I was pregnant could this also be the case.
