ahhhh I’m scared !!

Okay so my boyfriend and I had sex last night. And I gave him a blow job and he went down on me and we kissed in between him going down on me. And this morning I noticed I got a cold sore. I have read that you can give cold sores even if u don’t have an out break... is it possible for me to have given him Herpes and he given me Herpes on my lady parts because we kissed and then he went down on me. I didn’t feel anything on my lips , no cold sore when we had sex but an article I read said you can still transmit cold sore even if u don’t have an outbreak so I’m kinda freaking out...
