Nurse says I’m only 2 weeks?

Got my first quant Monday and it was 144, went back this morning and it has more than doubled to 401! Is this normal? And am I only 2 weeks?

I read the higher the numbers that early, the likelihood of twins! I think as long as your numbers are strong, you’ve got a healthy peanut in there.
