Worst Gyno vist ever!

So last year i farted in her face and this year she tells me I have chlamydia! After talking to two members of her team yesterday which told me I was negative on all my STD screens I go to find out that was false! So shit im not happy! To make it worse I have a ping pong sized cyst on my ovary and two fibroids in my uterus! so who can give me words of advice? pls I need it!
