So is anyone eating differently?
I'm trying to eat a little better. My diet was all junk before. I've cut myself down to 8oz coffee everyday. No more soda (so hard) and I'm trying to eat healthier.
I'm not even using my microwave anymore. And all I did was microwave before.
My new fav.. eggs, spinach and sausage.
I feel like that's a lot healthier then my usual get up and not eat anything for three hours until I finally get McDonalds.
