3 month old teething

anyone else have an early teether? I just figured it out, and she doesn't have a tooth popping through yet, but she's overly fussy, having a hard time eating, chewing on everything, and crying like she's hurting. we also hardly get any sleep this week. I think the hardest for me is I'm not exactly sure how to help her since she's so young. she doesn't hold things yet and doesn't bring them to her mouth so I have to hold things for her to chew, and I can't put her on any medicine. any suggestions ?
