Hi. Im looking for any type if advice of helping me try to conceive. Any advice is good advice. This will be my second cycle trying. Last month i tried the opk test. Just not sure how that works or when i will ovulate after a positive test. I also do not now how to chart. Or tell when i ovulated from taking my temp. Please help. Is there any kind of supplements I can start taking to increase my chances?

So last month i had my first day cycle on the 13th. I took an opk on the 24th and got two bold double lines. I do not think im pregnant now. Im currently if correct 10dpo. And am getting negative pregnancy test. What can i do to get pregnant?
