what should your coffee intake be while ttc?

Recently cut way back from having 3 cups a day down to one cup daily, and now one cup every few days as I work all night long and feel like I literally need a pick me up at times. I also upped my water intake by like a whole bunch (that's all I drink daily plus a cup of green tea, and two cups of decaf herbal raspberry leaf tea daily).. How many cups of coffee do you all drink daily while ttc?

Coffee is actually very good for you. I’ve done research and it has great benefits. I drink 4 cups a day.

I'm in month 3 of TTC, and this month I cut waaaay back on sugary sweets, ibuprofen, and caffiene. Previously, I was drinking an iced coffee with 2 espresso shots 4-5 days per week (on workout days), and 2-4 cups of coffee on the other 2-3 days. So, now that I've cut back, I'm allowing myself ONE cup of regular coffee 2x per week. (To be clear, I do mean 1 k-cup, not a giant mug lol.) And then all the rest of the time I drink decaf. 2 cups of full caffiene coffee is a big reduction for me, so I'm happy with it. I know decaf still has a small amount of caffiene, but it's minimal.

I️ drink at least one cup a day and I️ have drank one day even while pregnant through lol my pregnancy we are TTC # 5 and ive never had any issues and my obgyn never said it was a problem
