Miscarriage help

I miscarried 3 months ago. I’ve not had a period since. I noticed a week ago my nipples started hurting and I became fatigued. Not knowing when my cycle is going to come back I have no idea if I’m pregnant or not. Yesterday I had spotting. Light pink and some small tissue in the toilet. Not enough to even get the tampon messed up as I thought I was starting. Today same thing. Spotting was only once after I peed and wiped. Negative test. Could it be too early to test if this is implantation bleeding or my cycle trying to start? Anyone with experience?
