Fed up and giving up

I’m soon to be 43 have 3 kids already and partner of 10 years ( not kids dad I was married before ) he has a child 18 now

We have been trying with no success for about 10 years felt hopeful this month lots of silly signs suppose making more out of it than I should

Well I have my pre monthly cramps I keep trying to ignore them but I know they are there af due next Sunday

Feel it’s time to bow out 😢

And admit defeat
