misoprostol round 2

We went in Oct 9th for our first appointment. I was 9 weeks and we received the devastating news that baby stopped growing at 7 weeks. I chose to take Misoprostol since I was not miscarrying on my own. First round was extremely painful and I passed quite a few clots, bled pretty heavily and passed the sak on day 2. Two weeks later I passed a small blood clot and called my Dr. She ordered an ultrasound that showed my lining was still thick so I did round 2 of misoprostol. This time was not painful at all and I don't have much bleeding. I'm wondering if it did anything. I don't feel like I'm getting much support or answers from my Dr. Any advice on what to do or if this is normal?? I haven't actually seen my Dr since my first appointment I feel that I need to request an actual appointment with her!

I'm feeling scared, hurt and wanting to move on.
