What does my dream means !?

On September 22 2017 , my baby erupted my right Fallopian tube and I had to get emergency surgery to remove the right tube and sadly my baby too. Its been really tuff trying to understand why god did this to me , after six years trying to conceive I finally got pregnant and it was an ectopic pregnancy 💔 BUT last night I had the strangest , realistic dream ever. I had a dream I had a beautiful baby girl she was so beautiful and chunky , I cried so much in my dream of happiness , I held her and I swear it felt so real. I woke up in tears like is this is my baby coming to my dream or this just a dream of me having a baby cause its Something I really really want ? I was six weeks pregnant so I wouldn’t know the baby gender but lord this dream felt beyond real 😔
