Ovulation Pain??
So before I was on birth control I would always cramp up on ovulation day on one side which I've read is pretty normal! Now that I'm off birth control and ovulating again I cramped on both sides today (ovulation day). Would y'all say that's a-okay and normal or something to be slightly worried about??
