Why do I feel nauseous all the time?!

I swear I am always nauseous it mainly happens really bad right before bed and in the afternoon. It gets so bad that I legit won’t move because I think I’m going to puke. What could be the reason for this?

I suffered from this for a long time.  Dr's couldn't figure out what was wrong. Had an MRI of the brain, sent a camera down to the stomach and even sent me to a physiologist. The nausea was constant and effected my quality of life. So I learned alot.  Could be a nerve in the brain causing it, gastritis,  international problems, though you would most likely have more symptoms with those. For me, it was just a diet change. No fast food, little to no dairy and lots ofh water. Since doing so, I never had an issue again. I hope you can figure out the cause,  I know how miserable is.

That isn't normal. I'd talk to a doctor about this so they can at the very least prescribe some zofran or something to help because that is debilitating. 
Could be gastritis if this is fairly new or it could be something else. 
Can you be pregnant?
