I'm turning 20 in april and my boyfriend is 23 my mom keeps talking about marriage and if I leave the house she will change the locks and I won't come back home she constantly talking about marriage and she even told me if I was doing this at age 16 I will have to marry..

You’re a legal adult yes but unless you’re employed and ready to pay rent it really doesn’t matter. My advice (I’m 21 with overprotective parents as well) is save up and start looking at places, but in the mean time say you’re with your friend. You’re not a child anymore, your parents don’t need every detail of your life.
