Misoprostol

I took 4 tablets yesterday after confirming my missed miscarriage at hospital. After about 2 hours i had really bad diarrhoea and cramps and then after 4 hours the bleeding started. At first it was a lot with lots of clots, I went to the toilet every 15-20 minutes for it to come out. Sadly this means I couldn’t see what come out- so I have no idea if the pregnant sac came out.

Today I haven’t really had much bleeding - only tiny tiny clots and blood being there when I wipe. - my periods are normally heavier than this so I’m not sure if this is normal?

Is it normal for it to gush out for a few hours then just light afterwards?
