Pregnancy

I have a kind of stupid question. I'm in college so you would figure I'm brighter than this by now. So I met up with this guy and he never penetrated me, but my period is 8 days late. We did dry hump with no clothing (I feel like an idiot). I have also been under a ton of stress lately with lab practicals and exams, and I've also been sick lately. It isn't morning sickness, it's strep throat. There's a rash and all of that great fun stuff and my thyroid levels have been thrown off. Should I go it a pregnancy test?
