in the ER

UPDATE: I had a transvaginal untrasound and I saw the sac and the yolk. there wasn't a heartbeat yet and they believe me to be a week further behind than I thought, but they swore it was a healthy pregnancy. they also did hcg which was 1931. they checked my appendix, cervix, and uterus (obviously) and nothing seemed wrong there. But they did say I have inflamed lymph nodes and they do want me to try to get in earlier with my midwife. and I'm praying this isn't ectopic. the right side of my pelvis has had this awful shooting pain since last night. no bleeding, no other symptoms. But I desperately need this piece of mind. please, send us positive vibes or prayers or whatever your thing.And if anybody has any super positive stories that would be a mega bonus!
