Hungry hungry hippo 😋
I said a week before I had my BFP "if I am pregnant, increased hunger is my first sign!" I'm not having cravings or anything, just sooo hungry. I feel the exact same way I do when I'm training for a running event.
So my question is, how are you mamas managing this symptom? 5 small meals a day? Any tips or tricks?!
I'm worried I'm not eating enough. Help!
I am 5'2" and weigh 130lbs.
