Advice please 😭💔

Sorry y’all just need to vent a little since i have no friends to talk to. Been with the same guy for two years. We’ve had our ups and down and such but today i got a little jealous and caused a big fight and now he wants to leave. We are suppose to leave for California Saturday morning (today is Thursday). We’ve also been trying to have a baby for almost a year now with no luck and have talked about looking into adoption once everything gets settled in Cali. I don’t know what to do. He’s an amazing guy, has never done anything wrong and i feel awful because i let my jealousy get in the way. I have a very bad past with men and trust. Please i need some advice because i don’t want this to end
