A day at a time...

So it's been a month since we lost the (second) pregnancy this year. Today I went to carters to get my 3 year old a new jacket. I was slightly hesitant but been feeling emotionally okay about everything. & as I'm on line to check out this girl in front of me is returning a ton of her baby gifts, talking about how the clothes won't fit her baby because she's due in the summer. & that's when it hit me, looking at her cute lil bump & thinking "so was I." My stomach would've been the same. (Give or take)

Totally went to my car and wept, realizing these situations never truly leave you for good. It stays on your heart like a scar.

I have a new respect & admiration to the women out there, past present & future who go through their lives with these scars nobody else can see.
